Willow apple feeder, the birds love these feeders as there are plenty of places for them to perch and the food is easily accessible. Great little present for bird lovers and would also make an unusual 9th wedding anniversary gift for the happy couple.
The feeder measures approximately 20cm high including handle. There is a pointed willow rod with the feeder which is used to push through the apple and hold it in place. Please note the apple is not included in the sale.
 
Made from beautiful Somerset willow that is grown sustainably, varieties used depend on the availability. French brown, dicky meadows and Brittany Green. I often steam my willow before using so it takes on a rich brown colour.
As these are made by hand each one is slightly different.
